GENESIS KITCHEN + DRINKS is a local & seasonally sourced restaurant, bar and event space at Campus Point in San Diego, California

We offer a seasonal menu of locally sourced salads and sides, inventive sandwiches, artisanal pizzas, hearty entrées, and soups as well as a full coffee bar by UP AND ATOM COFFEE CO., 16 craft beers on tap, 11 wines by the glass, an array of craft cocktails and drinks, and local kombucha by Whalebird for lunch Monday through Friday with a happy-hour menu Thursdays and Fridays.

WE COOK FROM SCRATCH: Chef Rob starts with the freshest ingredients and prepares food using healthy cooking techniques. Soups, stocks, salsas, and sauces are made from scratch. Turkey and beef are roasted in-house for deli meat. When a dish calls for lemon juice, we squeeze lemons, not a bottle. Control over ingredients allows us to support your individual dietary needs.

SUSTAINABLE: We also practice responsible sourcing in other areas. We serve only cage free, certified humanely raised shell eggs; milk and dairy produced without synthetic hormones; sustainable seafood; and poultry and hamburgers raised without routine antibiotics. Bon Appetit is also one of the first large food service companies in the world to commit to eliminating plastic straws in all of our accounts by 2019.

OUR FOUNDATION IN CATERING AND FOCUS ON CULINARY EXPERTISE MEANS THAT WE PROVIDE UNPARALLELED FOOD, PRESENTATION AND SERVICE.

We are pleased to serve food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients. We do this in a socially responsible manner for the well-being of our guests, communities and the environment.
